He dreamed of a spa that would have a simple assembly and take less than 24 hours to build and ship. Spas were very expensive back then because they were assembled piece-by-piece.

In 1983 his continuous research paid off when he found Hot Spring Portable Spas. He longed to share with others his experience of relaxation and health benefits so he became a dealer for the company.
